Laminados Ipesa and Rio Chico S.A. have developed a line of laminated films which are used in powdered milk, grated cheese and soap powder, among other products. To preserve the content characteristics, it is used a solventless process, which prevents the solvent remains from affecting the packed content. The commercialised films are laminated polyethelene with aluminum, polyester, metalized polyester, polyester, polyethylene, OPP, metalized OPP in bilaminated or trilaminated.

The films and containers department produces primary, secondary and tertiary packaging. This supplies the needs of manual or automatic packaging of food and industrial products for personal and home care, with an annual volume production of 7500tn. This department also develops packaging and covers made of heat shrink bubble wrap polyethelene for packing and insulation, specially for lamination, jumbo coils, films for nappies and stretch.
