Since its introduction in 1998, it has gradually been gaining a leading place in the Argentinian fields showing an exponential growth. This has happened due to its advantages in harvest speed, reduced storage costs as well as the superior quality in grain preservation. Today, it is the leader bag in the market with a storage of approximately 30 million grains.
Developed to preserve forage, it uses the same three-layer technology of Ipesasilo and has the same capacity to endure high temperatures. The folding and packing system makes it easier to take it to the silo border and simplifies the unfolding in a quick and efficient way.
Sachets: The useful and economical container for liquid milk, yoghurt and flavoured dairy. Developed in a three-layer film: white / black / crystal. Manufactured for high-speed automatic packaging, this sachet, a market leader, uses mixtures of low- and high-density polyethylene for packaging dairy products.
Laminados Ipesa and Rio Chico S.A. have developed a line of laminated films which are used in powdered milk, grated cheese and soap powder, among other products. To preserve the content characteristics, it is used a solventless process, which prevents the solvent remains from affecting the packed content. The commercialised films are laminated polyethelene with aluminum, polyester, metalized polyester, polyester, polyethylene, OPP, metalized OPP in bilaminated or trilaminated.
The films and containers department produces primary, secondary and tertiary packaging. This supplies the needs of manual or automatic packaging of food and industrial products for personal and home care, with an annual volume production of 7500tn. This department also develops packaging and covers made of heat shrink bubble wrap polyethelene for packing and insulation, specially for lamination, jumbo coils, films for nappies and stretch.
